Domestic Goddess

Another sunny day in this week but I was staying
indoor since I got up this morning with only one thing
in mind...to finish an input for this coming seminar.
Nothing of that sort happened. Instead, I was glued
in front of my notebook and just clicked and clicked
entries for Babaylan...Thousands of entries with that
name: artists, readings, spiritual leaders, witches,
herbal suppliers, gays, trans-genders, lesbians,
priests, healers, revolters, shamans, filipino women,
writers, migrants, protesters, spiritualists, shamans,
dancers, leaders, medium between god and mankind.

Whatever. After the hundreds of clickings and markings,
I came to realize that the 8 pm news was over and there
was no sign of anything to prove that I really have started
working on my input. Sigh! And I have an aching back and stiff
nape to complain but not a single line for a rough draft.

And the optimist in me says, "Tomorrow is another day!"

Where did I read that one, "don't put off for tomorrow what
you can put off for today!"

Ah, yes, I actually want to learn how to post live wire, I mean
links and this I will try NOW!

So back to Babaylan, color it with blue and add the links
but HOW?
